Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and dynamic Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave from early April. You will be the hub of our busy office coordinating enquiries from clients and supporting staff. You will need to be confident and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00.


Duties to include:
Answering of telephones and directing calls.
Liaising with customers
Making access arrangements to sites
Booking hotel accommodation for staff
Preparing quotes, raising jobs and communicating schedules to staff
Purchasing supplies


Skills required:

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including a strong telephone manner
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to manage your own time and demonstrate a flexible approach to work
You need to have an eye for detail whilst being able to prioritise your work load
Previous administration experience is essential
Good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
